Evaluation

The purpose of this WebQuest was to help you with getting designs and ideas to make a container of your choice.  The notes and sketches in your sketch book are what your teacher will be interested in.  He or she will be looking to see if :-

• You can explain the ideas behind the notes and sketches.
• Have you thought your idea through e.g. do you know how you are going to make your shape, have you thought about the material you are going to use?
• Do you have sketches of how you are going to  put spouts/handles/lids on your pot
• What sort of decoration are you going to have, are you going to use paint/print/collage methods to decorate?
• Did you use the computer to draw out your shape for the container?  Computers are particularly useful for drawing symmetrical designs and for designing motifs.
