1.
First you need to examine all the sources of information. You have
plans, paintings, and documents. You have analysis sheets to help you
think around the problem and Internet sites already sorted, which take
you to other Cistercian monasteries in the British Isles and across
Europe. |

2.
Remember who the information is for! A graphic designer will need accurate
information based on hard evidence if he/she is going to design a realistic
virtual reality model of Bordesley Abbey and its surroundings. |

3.
This webquest will provide the basis for your research but the way
you organise it depends on you and your teacher. Your job requires
lots of thinking and decision making.

|
4. You need to think about the sort of material you are going to give the graphic designer. Is it just text or does it include drawings done by hand or on the computer? Do you have a draw program at school to help? Do you have the time and facilities to create an actual 3D model yourself? Will you do a presentation to your classmates as a 'run through' to evaluate your research abilities? |
