Welcome to the Gräfenberg Boarding house

The Boarding house itself has been in existence for almost 160 years.It was built during the period of 1830 for the purpose of
rendering hydropathic treatment as well as hospitality for the patients and tourists of that time. The Boarding house had
established its reputation by taking advantage of the curative water out of the mineral spring called Genius spring from which
the founder of the Gräfenberg spa, the folk healer Vinzenz Prieesnitz, developed his ingenious water-cure of a wide spectrum
of diseases. This spring is situated on the very plot of the Boarding house.
The Boarding house has an exceptional location at a height of 545 m above the sea-level at the southern foot of the
Rychlebske hory ( the Gold Hills ) with a beautiful view of the whole mountain range of the Hruby Jesenik ( the High Ash
Mountains ) dominated by its highest mountain Praded ( Great Grandfather 1492 m ).
The climate conditions are exceptionally curative for all diseases of the respiratory system. The walks in the nearby woods
thoroughly saturated with moisture, sunshine, resinous scent of the trees and birds-songs have an extraordinary regenerative
influence on the rehabilitation of vital energy, psychical and physical forces.

1 x apartments with a view of the Praded mountain 650,- Czk

2 x double room with bath, lavatory and TV 450,- Czk

3 x double room with 2 common lavatories and 2 shower baths 380,- Czk

The basic price includes breakfast as well as the spa tax

Possibility of extra beds, max. occupancy 18 persons. With a full occupancy of the Boarding house and week's stays considerable allowances. Possibility of a half-board and a full pension.
